To be fair, getting into a pod of Jacks is super fun, also. But, yes, not a permit.FWIW, I just got back from El Pescador, and the only permit I saw were on the reef on my snorkeling day.
I love this guy haha he gets so mad when they miss the fish, that's how you know you got a hardcore guide lol
