I remember you used to interact in the comments section before your hiatus and now you don’t. I wish that you would, there are several good questions in the comments that would be nice if you answered.
Who needs VR when you have excellent camera work here in these videos, I always feel like I'm there too . Beautiful building blended with beautiful nature 😊
I do remember a video about her life with footage of the family mausoleum, and have wanted to see the house interior she had built -thank you for filling that void. The carvings at the porte-cochère were a real treat to see. I can't not think that she would have been very touched that some of her flowers are still blooming, almost as if they still remember her and her touch. This is another fantastic explore and video journey, thanks for sharing this one.
Oh wow! I so wish I could go back in time and see this beauty in its better days. Such a shame places like this get lost into decay. Thanks for the explore!
Marvellous to be relaxing in your soothing depictions prompting thoughts of the life of other dynasties of the truly wealthy.Where are the descendants one wonders .Thank you, been a while.
Simply spectacular! What a magnificent place this mansion was back in it’s time. I wish there was a way to go back in time to have seen this place and maybe have a conversation with the lady. Just out of curiosity, is this another instance of having the roof removed in order to not pay taxes on the place?
A very interesting story and explore, sadly mother nature is nibbling away on it, and will make it dangerous too walk in, there still is a lot left behind too watch, sadly no sign off a wine cellar present, i was expecting a entrance outside somewhere.
That was quite odd. I have heard no mention of one either. It may be she was so religious she avoided having one, but you would think the Earls would have differed as they expanded the house.
Just realised where you are as I've seen it on other videos. Its a beautiful place and I really would love to sweep that floor at the bottom of the staircase and see those tiles in all their glory ❤
Hauntingly beautiful but, sad that more of the interiors couldn't stand up to the elements like the outside has. When I saw the stairs I was itching to go up. 😊The old photographs were interesting to see and compare. Thank you for your lovely filming 😊
The lady of the house sounded like a gentle soul, the building is astonishing. It looked like there was a road and some roofed buildings adjacent to it from the drone shots. Do you know if the stained glass or fireplaces went to architectural salvage or have they been destroyed?
Yes a small part is still used today. The fireplaces, I think were likely moved and salvaged as I did not see a single one! The glass is also possible, as there was lots of it and none visible underfoot.
What a beautiful manor that is. The story is beautiful and the woman sounded fantastic. Loved seeing the shots of when it was in good order. It’s such a shame it’s left. Thanks for taking me along. Please take care
I have done some without, and am never sure whether to keep it or lose it entirely. Would music be okay in the narrated slideshows, or do you feel it detracts overall? Thank you for the valuable input.
@@DesertifyUrbex I didn't mean to sound rude so apologise if it came across like that. I find it a little distracting on the walk arounds sometimes is all. Narrated sections it goes well. When you're trying to get a feel of the open air space that was once a lovely home is where the music just seems to clash somehow. But that's only my opinion. Love the channel. Hoping you guys get to Baron Hill manor one day. Your content would be insane ❤

Was a bit behind but caught up :)

Thanks so much :)
Excellent video! Great dynamic story choice and full featured ruins. Also love how the music went with the film.
Thanks!

Very welcome!
I’m trying to figure out who the lady was. She sounds so interesting.

Welcome as always! Expect an extra long video coming this weekend.
Just subbed today. Binge watching, love your content and the drone footage is a great addition. Thanks.
Thanks so much! Glad you are enjoying.

Sadly I think it was one of those cases in the end, though it had a roof for a while when empty. The great tower was also demolished at some stage.
Thank you so much. Cee from the little haunted cottage in ireland 💚💚💚🍀🍀🍀
Glad you enjoyed!

Was wondering if you could provide a link to the pictures of the interior of the mansion while it was in use? Were there many photos?
There are some more, but it would give away the site to post it here. For some reason I cant seem to send a private message.

I felt that too. Like you could have cleaned the room and somehow seen a glimpse of its past state.

I loved the old pictures of the place too❤

I read that the wood panelling, windows and fireplaces were sold off. Such a shame to see this as a ruin, what a stunning imaginative place.
Great soundtrack. . My masters..power to you.
Thank you!
Place was awesome thanks I enjoyed watching

I’m in Australia
It’s been quite stormy but I love storms. How about there
Beautiful 😍
Woooo😮
Neetoo
Love to visit there
I would have loved to visit during it’s heyday before it found itself in the shape it is now.
It has become a favorite. A special place for sure.
I love your videos guys but they were so much better without music! The old urbex videos were ruined by music 😖
