Seeing these videos always brings joy to me
I did the nutcracker one year and I wish I had kept dancing but musical theater was calling my name
I found your RUclips channel after reading that inquirer article I’m not a dancer I’ve never danced but I’m absolutely fascinated by this world and I absolutely have enjoyed watching all your videos on how you train what you eat how you do school and everything
Love it! ❤❤❤
I love u guys!!!!❤
You are amazing, love you from the Czech republic
You are so amazing ❤
I would get up early to work out....fortunately, the YMCA is located directly across my house, so I can go anytime...great to have a a sports complex so close...takes me less than 2 minutes to get there...no lie...I would love to incorporate some barre exercises in my regime...I love watching you guys...your collective dedication...commitment to excellence...determination to excel is inspiring and motivating...ps...you all ROCK...lol...
Do you receive instruction on what support muscles to strengthen during your dance upbringing? Injuries from the repetitive movement are common, was curious what you are taught as far as injury prevention and self care.
I love seeing more of Savannah's playful side. :)
Would love to see a video with Michelle about teaching and how she balances work as professional during the day, with teaching and mentoring at night. What she aspires to do for her students as their teacher.
Yes, we do have physical therapists at both ABT & ARB for injuries and strengthening exercises which is very helpful!
Good video ladies. Very good. You still got it
ARB is very lucky to have the three of you - you are all beautiful dancers as well as lovely and dedicated people. Savannah, you absolutely do NOT look like trash! I always think you look like one of the models used by the Pre-Raphaelite painters!
We need a quiner aesthetic ❤❤
Wow Michelle’s workout and flexibility is so impressive!
❤Cute sisters❤
First YAY Rachel!!! Super excited for you, Michelle and Savannah congrats on your raise!! I love to watch all of you girls just grow and learn and love what you do!
Michelle, I was watching one of your older videos and you were talking about the “season” I was wondering two things, how long is a Season? Like Sept to June type thing? And what do you do during your off season? Just rest, do you teach, get a temp job? Now that you are a pro do you still do summer intensive’s…? Thanks
Thanks! Yes, the season is late August through June. In the summer, professionals teach, choreograph & take classes. It is important to take a little time off. Most pros don’t do summer intensives.🤍
The title is so creative.
Try putting the sourdough into regular loaf pans, that prevents it from spreading. Just invert an empty loaf pan on top for the first half hour and it will steam itself a bit. Did you score the top of the loaf open before baking?
Now I want some sourdough (I bake it, too, but haven’t tried any mix ins yet).
Thank you!!
Honestly Savanna, I was thinking how pretty you look in this video. 🥰
Hey! I love your videos! I was just wondering if you are going to be at NUVO AC this weekend? Love youuuuu queens
Thanks! We are signed up for Nuvo & are still trying to figure out if we can attend.🤍
Is there any way that you guys know of where if I wanted to join a company one day but I have real school so I can’t focus on dance how that is ever going to happen before the retirement age? Love you guys so much and y’all bring me so much joy and let me see what company life is like if I ever get that opportunity. ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you! You can join a company after high school or college. You need to do as much ballet as possible before then. Trainee programs are also very helpful!
Hope Caroline and Ellie go there so The Inquirer will do another interview when all the sisters are reunited.
Who is the 6th sister? Where does she dance?
@@divahc1 Jillian but I don't think she dances so often. I think she does Contemporary and tap?❤
@@user-vi8uf6zo5w Thank you. I thought they all danced ballet.
I looked at the website for the tickets you posted on that short and looked at the dancers page and found you guys and was like “Yea, there they are” but was confused why Savannah and Michelle weren’t at the top of the professional page because they are probs the best and why Rachel wasn’t at the top of the apprentice page because she is so good😂
The dancers page is by alphabetical order of last name. All of the ARB company dancers are super talented!
@@quinersistersYes, of course they are😊
I am a bit confused. I don’t know how companies work, so I’m sorry about this. I thought that Rachel was an apprentice and Savannah and Michelle in the company? So how comes you are all taking class and performing together? Isn’t just the company that is supposed to perform? Or does it depend on the show and the occasion?
Based on my understanding, an apprentice is like a rookie level position in a company. There’s different levels you can reach in a company and an apprentice is like the first level.
As an apprentice, Rachel is part of the company. She might not be cast in a piece, but she needs to learn it in case someone else gets injured. This is basically a trial period, and if they like how she does, she'll be offered a corps position in a year or two. (Please correct me if I'm wrong!)
At ARB, the second company is the lowest position, followed by apprentice and then company member. All 3 levels are professionals, but the pay is different and the roles you are dancing are usually better if you are in the company. Some companies (like ABT or New York City Ballet) have ranks within the company like corps, soloist and principal. All of the company members take class together and rehearse together. :)
@@quinersistersthanks for saying this. I know you’ve heard from me multiple times on here and instagram and that I was a former ballet dancer. I know it differs by company but I thought the second company was higher than apprentice in general I wouldn’t have even considered the thought of it being the other way around. When Aran bell was in the 2nd company at abt and they would perform those dancers could be higher level than first company members of another ballet company that is much smaller of course. a few of my friends are/were professional dancers of smaller companies, I know of two of my friends that were in the same company and one was in a lower position than the other, but would be chosen to be on stage and in corps pieces quite a bit, when the other girl who was technically a “level ahead” (as they both explained to me how it worked there) was not put into pieces and didn’t get to perform in corps roles let alone a solo position. My friend who was in the lower position but was in corps pieces moved to boulder ballet. She’s been things like sugar plum, she’s… 24 I believe… we both danced together and at separate yet small ballet schools not anything like JKO. at boulder she said there isn’t like “principal” or “Demi soloist” they just are all in the company and get casted however they are chosen based on how they’re doing etc. but I didn’t know there were companies where you didn’t have a label of being in the corps or soloist etc. a former dancer and teacher from my ballet studio went to dance for ct ballet and she was a corps ballet member. Got to do some small solo roles/ pas de trois in nutcracker here and there but was in the corps. Can be very confusing even as a ballet freak myself lol on how so many companies work! Not everything is like NYCB ABT or Mariinsky
@@quinersisters thank you!
7:48 is it the french clara pevel ! I didn't realised you dance in the same compagny
I have a question. First congratulations Rachel on your amazing accomplishment to being a professional. Second I’m an adult ballet student. Back story I’m 56 and fell and hit my head and have a traumatic brain injury. You all think you have a long commute to NYC. I drive from Niagara Falls to NYC to see a brain specialist at the Weil Cornell Brain and spine center a few times a months. So I have some balance issues due to a cerebral spinal fluid leak I will be having surgery at some point but I’m not really ready for it. So even after 3 months of Ballet it’s gotten better. I’m hooked. If I buy from your Amazon store you ladies get a commission? I found your channel by accident and again I’m hooked! PS continue to read your BIBLES! I would love to come and see you dance while I’m in NYC!
Thank you! So sorry to hear about your brain injury. We are glad you are enjoying ballet! And we do get a commission from our amazon store. :)
@@quinersisters thank you so much for answering me!
