Hello there. I have been working on a 3d model of this ship, using Van de Velde's portrait and the painting of Phineas Pett.
I recent bought the "hms sovereign of the seas" book published recently, but theres a ton of inaccuracies with it. Idk about the deck though.
So, with those in mind, I want to ask. Where did you find your plans for the decks inside the ship?

I have a question. I'm looking to build a wooden ship model, but am interested in the type that is minus the rigging and masts, and more or less displays the decking and what not. Is there a name for these types of models, or is it just a regular model that's been modified? Any input would help.

Superbe travail, Alain.

This is quite a beautiful ship model. I am just thinking out loud, but could you be willing to make another one of these and sell it? I would LOVE to have a model like this. Or could you at least put up a tutorial?
