When you're ready to start your business to earn online income, check out Project 24, our membership program that teaches you how to work toward replacing your current income with income from websites and RUclips channels in about 24 months. Check it out here: incomeschool.c...
Also check out our stupid fast and crazy functional Wordpress theme, Acabado. incomeschool.c...
Project 24 is a product of Income School LLC. Results mentioned are not typical. The trademark “Project 24” refers to the goal of some people to create a successful business in 24 months, but is not a promise or guarantee of that success. Many online businesses fail because, like any business, it requires hard work, skill, and dedication. Before making business decisions, consult financial and legal professionals licensed in your jurisdiction.

Not only was that intro pure gold, but this was probably one of the best webinars I've ever seen.
I actually came out of it feeling like I knew something new. I wasn't waiting the whole time for the sales pitch for the product where they're actually gonna teach me what they said they would an hour ago.
Also I love that Nathan is ever the optimist 🙂
Jim: "you'll only get like $2..."
    Nathan: "that's a hamburger! 😁"
    Great stuff as always 🙂

Before I watched your video, I was just planning on making an affiliate sidebar about my trail camera, for my articles about pheasents. I thought i could earn so much more, than through books...
Now i looked at the German commission for trail cams at amazon Germany, which are 3%. That´s really low. I´d rather sell a book for 35 € (7%) tham a trailcam for 70 € (3%)...
Thank you Income School! Even if I´m no member, your content on YT helped me sooooo much.

P24 member here. The content is great, but I find myself waiting each week to see the creativity of the video image and the intro. Excellent info.
Nate made a good point about the potential waste of time by just looking up info. I have spent so much time researching products....I know better reviews are made by taking all of our research and combing it with actually testing and using the products.
And I honestly, I never thought about how I research products for myself. I immediately click off of sites that look like Amazon reviews and go straight to RUclips. That should have been an indicator to me to start using the products more. Now I just have to convince the wife to let me spend a little more money.

Good content. The part about buying the products really made me stop and think. Eventually I came to the conclusion that the current product review I was making wasn't going to be helpful for my purposes, so I scrapped it. Now I have a reignited focus on creating content that I really hope will help the audience I have in mind. Thank you.

Thank you JIM for this video. Lets say I want to start a blog about rice cookers. In this video, you mentioned that if you are doing a blog you gotta share the real experience. for eg: the gloves example. You have to wear it and include it in the article. Understood the point. I can buy 10 rice cookers from my country. I can come-up with many articles.
Now the issue comes. Even though I bought 10 products none of them are available on amazon. But they are very popular ones in my country and have a brand trust, reputation here (Heavy google search results). Since I am from an Asian country the products that are available in our market are mostly Indian or Chinese ones. So on that note how I am going to recommend a product from amazon while I am actually reviewing a totally different one? Is there any way to write the article in a tricky way that the experience may apply to any brand? ( I am not mean to mislead the audience ) Is this mean I should avoid amazon affiliate and target on ad-sense? or any other? I think this issue is facing by many bloggers. Appreciate your reply or any ones who are into this. Thanks in advance.

@Black Lodge Games, LLC If you're going for local products find a local retailer and see if you can strike an affiliate deal. Otherwise, you should target international audience since those earn much on ads anyway, p.s. I'm Asian too.

Question for the guys at Income School: Why go for 10 products? I remember in another You-Tube video you mentioned that you prefer review post to include 3 products max. Would that not be a more affordable option when it comes to buying the products? And who knows, maybe you should only buy your No.1 pick and just explain in the video review why that number one product is so much better compared to the rest. Basically, the conclusion part that you mentioned. The comparison with the other products can be information based and maybe does not require you to buy to other products. What do you guys think?

7:30 in your GA dashboard change All Users to Organic Users. That 7,200 Pageviews will be lower because of bots/spam. And it gives us the viewer which marketing channel is bringing traffic.
Build a persona of the type of target audience you want to obtain for your content.
Identify the intent based on the content you're trying to reach is critical. People worry too much about what Google is doing; focus on your personas and target audience.
Using social media advertising around your built audience can grow faster based on interests that match the intent. This also creates a database for email marketing and followers that enjoy your products.

I am a beginner with Affiliate marketing and called a website company to build a website for me and was told by the company that Affiliate marketing has been dieing out for the last 5 years and that companies won't let me be an Affiliate marketer with their product because I have no proven traffic and they don't deal just any new people starting because of the big Affiliate website companies. I'm confused I thought Affiliate marketing like Amazon associates is still out there to start for beginner's like myself. Your answer on this. Thank you

    • @IncomeSchool

Many affiliate programs want to see some traffic before accept you. Amazon doesn’t require that. Also, we build and teach others how to build sites that get said traffic relatively quickly. We also teach numerous other forms of monetization.
Anyone who says affiliate marketing is dying isn’t very active in the industry...

    • @IncomeSchool
      @IncomeSchool  3 года назад

Yes. We actually have 2 tracks. One is RUclips and the other is blogging. So you can start one, the other, or both and you'll get guidance for every step along the way.
That said, it's a lot of work to start both at the same time. If it's just too much, I'd recommend getting a RUclips channel off the ground first and then adding the blog once you get into a bit of a routine on the channel.
Getting people to go from your channel to your blog is relatively easy. It's far less easy to get readers of your blog to check out your RUclips channel. And we've found that getting discovered can happen much more quickly on RUclips.
Best wishes on your project and Happy New Year!
