  • It's due time the tables turn on your favourite figure skating hosts. This week we dig into the vaults and judge three of Dylan Moscovitch's World Championship programs. His skates were to Queen, Fellini and Led Zeppelin and we'll watch him with two partners: Kirsten Moore-Towers and Lubov Ilyushechkina. Don't hold back! Comment and tell us what you think. But be nice.

Loved this, wish more skaters posted this sort of content! The death spiral entrance with Lubov was really something. Will we get Asher’s programs next? ^_^

Was a fan for many years. Loved all of skating, but dance and pairs were always my favorites

I miss watching you skate Dylan. Even though I watched you train a lot through the KW era, it was fun to hear the backstories and watch the programs again from your perspective and it's always lovely to see Luba on ice. She is simply amazing. Is Asher up next? :)

Dylan's 2013 Worlds costume looks very much like Yuzuru's Chopin costume from 2014. They're so close in design and in colour!

Three very different programs, all very enjoyable to watch. 2013 feels soft, classic and very beautiful; 2014 charming, a bit of story telling and a bit nostalgic; 2016 modern, bold. Great choices!

So recently I made my spouse rewatch every competition I went to watch before he and I got together and his biggest take away was Dylan was a tank (too bad I couldn't find 2005 nationals though lol).
Also Asher's reaction to Luba's toe was exactly mine! I was sitting right in that corner and it was beautiful!

First of all: So much respect that you made your spouse re-watch figure skating. Second of all: your spouse is very perceptive!

Great, the skates and your reaction. From being outsiders we are allowed a bit in, thanks.
By the way, Asher, congratulations with Madeline Schizas! Really!!

My favorite part of watching old Dylan programs is remembering how good he and KMT were together! I wish we would have seen another 4 year cycle with them as a pair. Was nice to see Kirsten full of joy and fun and personality. The hair, the costumes, the attitude. She was the queen of figure skating for me back when she was skating with Dylan.

Kirsten and Dylan were magical. ALWAYS. IN ALL PROGRAMS. I still do remember how much suprised was Tatiana Tarasova when they split.Luba...Luba is Luba. Nothing fascinating, nothing magical . She liked tricks, but tricks are not the soul of skating. Imho Luba skated ( and skates) with her mind. In my opinion, she never blended with Dylan. Never. There was no a pair, no oneness of two. It always seemed that she skates for herself; sort of cold skating, gymnastics more than skating. no soul.

KMT and Dylan were amazing! And what a great skate in that small London rink. I would have liked to see what you could have done in 2018 together!

Siempre digo lo mismo, Dylan siempre me sorprende nunca se que esperar cuando patina y cuando habla. En la pista es él, divertido, fuerte, inesperado. Siempre muy entretenido y alegre. ¡¡¡ Me encanta verlo !!! Le falto agregar el video de los 8 años cuando bota a su compañera y lo dejan solo en la pista riendo... inesperado y adorable jejeje I always say the same thing: Dylan always surprises me, I never know what to expect when he skates and when he talks. On the track it is him, funny, strong, unexpected. Always very entertaining and cheerful. I love watching him !!! He still has to add the video of the 8 years old when he throws his partner away and they leave him alone on the track laughing ... unexpected and adorable. I hope this is well translated, English is not my language.

It looked like Luba kept getting her hair in her eyes. Was that distracting?
