Octoboy is kinda known for only uploading months at a time tbf, but the main reason as far as I can tell is getting into legal trouble with Nintendo over the community montages (the videos used a modded version of the game for camera angles), but we’ll know if he really is gone most likely in a couple months (after side order) (I think something similar happened in the gap between S2 & S3 but I forgor)
side order came out and he doesn't have a video. also, his personal twitter (his real name) where he talks about photography is active, so I think he's focusing more on his photography career

Also GGab has been not so active lately, but hes a dad now, so its completely understandable. But i do miss his frequent uploads and hope that maybe after his son has grown up a bit he may start posting frequently again

Fail and Etce have been posting but I haven't seen Fail do a Splatoon video in awhile. He usually does Kirby stuff now. And I've only seen Etce's livestreams so I'm not sure if he's actually posting, but I'm saying that them and Jaymoji are the only ones that have been active.

I checked the comments of octoboy’s latest video and someone said they missed him, then someone said “he told me he’s taking a break due to burnout” and octoboy himself replied to the person who said that:

I used to watch Viantastic when he made the Bridgett character, but after hearing what he has done to underage viewers. I couldn't believe that I watched my favourite RUclipsr that does content with Bridgett, has disgusted me after and I just can't forgive him after what he did. It broke me after.
Someone else has taken custody of the character of Bridgett and basically continued her character episodes in pretty much the same way. Octoling Gamer. What's Vian going to do? Complain after what he did?

I think the entire situation was handled by Twitter users and was severely over exaggerated yes vian was being weird but he wasn't a predator and people should stop acting like he's the worst person alive
Those allegations are false btw, this allegations spawned on TikTok and the ones who did it admitted to had made it up. But they got brought it to twitter when people where mad at Vian for some dumbass video he made talking about some drama over someone who ACTUALLY DID bad stuff to minors.
Vian did made mistakes but he never harrassed anyone in his community.
There's also Jabrilhere. She used to upload Splatoon music videos and such. Until she mysteriously deleted her RUclips channel.

I remember JabrilHere. She had a Discord server and I joined it when I was way too young to be on Discord in the first place, and I was so damn annoying on there. I was eventually kicked off, which was the right thing to do I think.
There are just so many videos I remember watching on her channel that are gone.
Maybe they all became the Parallel Canon boss in Side Order...
You could mention all the crazyass Splatoon Gmod youtuebrs, so much nostalgia yet so many missing reports cases
There was a German RUclipsr called Destinycast. I grew up with him and if you liked splatoon and were German, you probably watched his videos. He really was like a hub for the German splatoon community. His channel got taken down last year because of grooming children the ages of 12-14 when he was 22. I really miss him, because I loved his content and his videos and guides would often help me out.

I’m pretty sure GG mentioned in a recent stream that Octoboy was in college or smthn so that’s why he wasn’t uploading
man, i miss wesleyMK.. i used to watch his splatoon 2 glitch videos and loved seeing different methods of glitching. i’m pretty sad he doesn’t upload often, but i still enjoy looking back at his older content.
Genuinely surprised Nintendome wasn't on here. That guy broke down every single updates/patchnotes with great detail! His videos became pretty much an ASMR of mine during the Splat 1 days. He practically vanished late-2015/early 2016. Never seeing a Splatoon 2 video from him. :(
Dang, that’s tough, I’ve been telling some of my comments this, but I plan to do a part 2 on this again, so I’m being sure to cover these other Splatoon RUclipsrs

@@Central_74not sure if this really counts, but If part 2 does happen there was a massive RUclipsr named White hawke in Splatoon 1 days who was very well known, but straight from 500k views a vid down to barely 50 a vid who just slowly stopped uploading
I remember another “Splatoon RUclipsr”. I don't know what his full name was on RUclips but it was something with "Samuel". What I remember is that it was on RUclips from Splatoon 1 and 2 hack videos. He always showed different hacking tricks and also the background of Splatoon maps. I think he had any problems with Nintendo because of his content either. Nothing was heard from him after that
The original name was Samuel Bessega but I don't remember if he changed it at one point.

She didn't mysteriously vanish though. She stopped because she was going to college
She's still on youtube (under a different name). While splatoon isn't her main source of content anymore, she's still a fan of game

Interesting, I could see a sequel of smaller Splatoon creators instead that just disappeared one day with unknown reasonings.
If you did do a sequel, I do have a canadit. A small channel named EeveeBest11. I have more insite than most on what happened, and, long story short, verification was never set up on the account.
Oh, how would I know? Because I'm also the owner of that channel. Even though I have the account back now (yeah, what happened was weird), I'm leaving it rightfully dead.

Technically he still does RUclips but you know he has a kid now and the most recent he has done is video with Ellie D Games so he’s not gone
He has a kid and a wife and probably has them as his top priorities instead of splatoon

it was out of her control, she's signed with a talent agency now and they likely made her delete her old vids for privacy reasons since im pretty sure lizzy is her real name. she goes by rin now and still streams splatoon sometimes! she even made a splatoon fansong just recently :) she's gotten insanely popular too m.youtube.com/@rinpenrose

Bridget was a Octoling Vian had in his videos
She looked liked Agent 8 only with White Skin and she would interact with Vian in each videos talking with text boxes like in Hero Mode/Octo Expansion

@@lavender_mjc okay that's good to know also have you heard about this octoling gaming now using Bridget it's pretty interesting in the worst way possible but I kind of understand now that he's really just using this character for views and for little kids who found out about his channel and then a couple maybe 2 years later found out what quote on quote happened oh and for those nostalgia people
@@Zora.pk76 Oh I don’t mind him using the character as much. I think it’s nice for the people, and especially the children that used to watch Bridgett to not have her disappear entirely. Smaller children don’t understand the situation as much anyway, and now they still get to see their favorite character.
It’s mainly the part that Vian got cancelled whilst not having proof for what happened at all that bothers me :/
