    2) hung curd - 1/4 cup
    3) soya sauce - 1/2 tea spoon
    4) lemon juice - 1 tea spoon
    5) honey - 1 tea spoon
    6) ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon
    7) salt - 1 tea spoon
    8) turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon
    9) cumin powder - 1/2 tea spoon
    10) coriander powder - 1 tea spoon
    11) black pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon
    12) garam masala - 1/2 tea spoon
    13) red chili powder - 1 tea spoon
    FOR COOKING
    14) oil - 2 table spoon
    15) butter - 2 cubes
    PROCESS AND METHOD
    CHICKEN MARINADE
    To marinate the chicken legs, gather the following ingredients:
    In a bowl, place 4 full leg pieces of chicken. Add 1/4 cup of hung curd (strained yogurt), 1/2 teaspoon of soya sauce, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder, 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala, and 1 teaspoon of red chili powder.
    Thoroughly mix all the ingredients in the bowl until the chicken legs are evenly coated with the marinade.
