Sunset over Solaris VII as a group of random nobodies scrounge together enough bits to enter a Jenner into the Light Circuit, all set to a synthwave symphony and glorious 80's kitsch and camp as they make their way up to the Fifth Circuit championship.
I would have picked an Urbie personally, sure it's slow as fuck but that 360 degrees torso movement would be a bloody godsend in the Light Circuit plus it actually has enough armour and can fit up to an AC/20...An AC/20 don't care if you're in another light mech, at the ranges the Light Circuit fights at an AC/20 is enough to either take out another light mech with a good shot or heavily cripple the other light mech even if it's not a fully connecting shot.
@@JasonSkye Yes it is! Only downsides to the UM-R60L is because it has that AC/20 it looses 2 tons of armor and can only carry 1-2 tons of AC/20 ammo giving it a very limited amount of use but in the Light Circuit both of those downsides really are a non issue as those matches are usually finished within 30 mins or so.

Based on the art I thought up a mech and a history Its a pre succession war Clint CLNT-1-2R with the AC/10 from the original test phase before they switched to the AC/5 with jump jets. Eventually pushed to the front lines in the wake of the Amaris civil war, it would survive in a damage state and would be gifted in leu of payment to Mercenaries, where it would see action through the 2nd and 3rd succession war losing much of its structure and equipment till being rebuilt in the build up in the late 3rd following the Helm memory core. Chosen for its decent speed and durability, it would be dubbed the "Swiftdraw" and replace its AC/5 with a salvaged ER Large laser to add some range and punch. Made for the regiments commander it would have 3 tons of communication equipment in the left torso to aid the unit in combat as a central communication unit (hence the antenna). With 15 standard heat sinks and 4.5 tons of ferro it was not the best mech on the block, but was a reliable old warhorse and cheap command mech. That is if they can get the parts... I know this isn't the best place to post stuff like this, but it was a fun build trying to not splurge out on tech.
