In case you don't know , When you deep fry and having to strain the food that is deep fried , it will be oily!!! unless you eat it once it is placed before putting on the strainer. It really doesn't matter by the oil .......

"doughstick"? ha ha ha. they are "Churros" , very Traditional in Spain and Mexico.
These are not Churros. Made the same, but Doughsticks are dipped, Churros are covered in Cinnamon sugar. If you look up "Spanish Doughstick" you get the ones in the video. Same dip stuff to. You look up Spanish Churros, you get it but with Cinnamon/Sugar/Powdered Sugar.

Esto tiene de español lo que yo de neurocirujano, en primer lugar este buen señor no es de origen español y su encantadora esposa o hermana tampoco. Hay alguien del foro que dice que eso son churros, pues no lo son, debe ser un ´mejunje´ originario de algún país africano pero no es comida española. No digo que no sea buena comida ( que no lo se) pero comida española seguro que no, otra cosa es que se haya vendido en una feria de algún pueblo como producto originario del país del que lo está haciendo.
