Yakatani It's common gesture here in Indonesia, most of seller (especially Javanese people) hands the goods and money for the customer with both their hands. It is more like to show politeness to the customer.
That's just what happens in Asia countries. Giving things with both hands to people is basic respect. You don't see that anywhere in Western countries. You'll be incrediby surprised at how different the customer service is in Asia compared to Westerners. Take a fuel station for example. In Western countries, you park your car, you get out, fill it with petrol and you go into the gas station to pay. In Taiwan, you drive in, they fill your tank for you, wipe down your car on the outside, they bring the bill to you and you get freebies too.
The smile on the cook’s face was mostly the joy to watch this video. He really exhibits continuous passion doing his job . His devotion is quite admirable ❤️❤️❤️
Unfortunately, at his pace, he’s probably out of business by now... unless he’s living in his parents basement. Great quality, but too slow for the food business.
For some reason, I love the tiny smile on his face when he hands the customer the treat at the end, like "I know you waited a long time and thankyou for waiting and I promise you this is going to be so worth that wait!!" He really seems proud of his creation, and rightly so..!! ❤❤
What a patient and honorable man. Just an FYI: It is extremely rude and offensive to interrupt and talk down to others. I was very pleased with how he handled himself. I also greatly appreciated his explaining what the name of the cakes meant. ☺

MooMOONBYUL how are taiwanese people chinese, that's like saying sri lankans are indians. just cos they speak the same language doesn't mean they're the same.
Redy Yuniarto Us street food is more like a meal than a snack honestly. Yes there are a lot of food trucks but due to state regulations some states won't let you cook on the spot, everything has to be cooked at a location then load up on the food truck. So just because they sell food on the street doesn't mean it's street food.
mi2092 dang I thought those food trucks that cook on the spot are widespread. so it's like that, how depressing... come fly aboard and enjoy all street foods the world has to offer...
