In our store, they sell a salad of chopped large pieces, boiled eggs, seaweed and mixed with mayonnaise. They sell by weight. This can easily be done at home. Boil and coarsely chop 6 eggs, take a can of canned seaweed, drain the brine from it and rinse the seaweed in cold water. And then add 1-2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and mix everything.

These algae contain vitamins of group B, A, C, D, E, R, PP, are rich not only in iodine, but also in an extensive list of other trace elements, among which vanadium is a unique mineral that reduces cholesterol levels. Interestingly, the set of minerals in kelp is very similar in composition to our blood.
Sea cabbage due to its record iodine content is useful for the thyroid gland, as well as for the prevention of endocrine diseases.

The flooring in that grocery store is really distracting, lol. I started coughing while watching the shrimp line, didn't know my allergies (shrimp, crab and lobster) would start up on a video. This is probably a stupid question but do they eat the fish after to roe has been removed? A lot of this reminds me of the process used in beer production. (Canada - I toured Labatt & Molson). I must say that it appears Russian people have a far broader food experience than we do. The emphasis on hygiene practiced in all food places you have videoed good to see. I really enjoyed this video.

Personally probably my most appreciated sea food is different kinds of mackerel and smoked mussels in oil, but I really like a good french Moule marinière. Convenient food too. Most always have cans of sardines i different sauces, mackerel, smoked whole anchovy, several variants of herring in the cupboard and the great divider in Swedish cuisine; Fish balls of all kinds! Many love them, the other half hates them. 😄 Favorite there is salmon balls in lobster or lemon sauce. Abba makes the best ones (same name as the pop band actually).

I've had quite a few seaweeds, usually pretty good. I get them from a local Chinese shop, so quite what some of them are can remain a bit of a mystery.

I worked at a factory in Ohio that made pickles and they would also make pickles for other companies. It was kinda sneaky because they would label the jars as if this other company made the pickles. Don’t get me wrong the place was clean and the pickles amazing.
