Dough 面团 :
300g Rice flour 300克 粘米粉
65g Tapioca flour 65克 木薯粉
1 teaspoon Salt 1 茶匙 盐
700ml Boiling hot water 700毫升 滚热水
50ml Oil 50毫升 油
100ml water 100毫升 水
Ingredients for Mang Guang 沙葛配料 :
500g Mang Guang, shreds 500克 沙葛, 切丝
25g Dried shrimp, diced 25克 虾米, 切粒
4 Shallot, sliced 4粒 小葱头, 切片
2 Garlic, minced 2粒 蒜头, 切碎
¼ teaspoon Salt ¼茶匙 盐
¼ teaspoon Sugar ¼茶匙 糖
¼ teaspoon Pepper ¼茶匙 胡椒粉
½ tablespoon Dark soy sauce ½汤匙 酱油
½ teaspoon Fish sauce ½茶匙 鱼露
2 pieces Banana leaves 2片 香蕉叶

Actually there are ready mix flour specially for soon Kueh. I tried it as 1st timer. It is equally good. Soft and not hard. Perhaps can try.
