Thanks Chris. Chilling version of Skip James song. My version recorded right after chemo goes out to anyone who has been through a cancer experience, dedicated to Willy DeVille. Little foggy but gave it everything I had that long day...Keep the spirit alive.
" Do not the seek the treasure!" Hot damn I didnt know Tommy Johnson was real. O.B.W.A.T. was on again and I always loved this song. Thank you Google. Compruters kick ass, but not as much as music. Blues son.
@demo7137 D minor tuning DADFAD. Once you got that look at his fingers and you'll find it's not that hard. The technique, that is. As for the feel...well you're on your own there and good luck.
My favorite scene of the movie. Sitting around the campfire contemplating their lives and if the "Odyssey" for the treasure is truly worth it.
word
.... I see what you did there lol
The most powerful scene and ironically the most quiet in the movie.
Thanks Chris. Chilling version of Skip James song. My version recorded right after chemo goes out to anyone who has been through a cancer experience, dedicated to Willy DeVille. Little foggy but gave it everything I had that long day...Keep the spirit alive.
Thank you, David. Hope you're well and still playing.

Best thing in the world when feeling like shit is the blues. It speaks to the soul and transendes in the spirit
I'm so glad to hear modern musicians bringing back old blues songs. I believe Buddy Guy also does a pretty decent version of this song too.
Skip James would sure be proud of you!
Skip James you are one beautiful blues artist, never heard a falsetto voice like yours before.

Hot damn, son, I believe you did sell your soul to the devil !
He looks like he has been putting on a fair amount of weight since the movie. Can't knock his musical skill though, He sounds great.
He's gorgeous. He can weigh a ton and still be beautiful. A little extra weight might even improve his voice, if that's possible.
@demo7137 D minor tuning DADFAD. Once you got that look at his fingers and you'll find it's not that hard. The technique, that is. As for the feel...well you're on your own there and good luck.
