The buses are here and so are people yelling. I thought no better time like the present, to sit down and have a frank little rambling chit chat about self-esteem, instagram, feeling good and just general warmth and ooziness.

I remember once reading about a survey done in old folks homes about any regrets people had.Top of the list was not being themselves and not saying what they really wanted to.I have realised over the years that liking yourself is more important than validation or approval from others.
By the way you have one of the most beautiful asmr voices i have ever heard.
