my aunt did this and it says ALL PORTS ARE BLOCKED. she is having alot fo connection issues. if this is causing it what would be the way to fix it? how do i open the ports, or which ports specifially need to be oppened.

hello, I did as you said, but mine looks nothing like yours. Firewall state (on) Inbound connections Allow, my outbound already says allow, there is nothing to copy, and then there is three boxes that says (customize) I am having an issue and someone said to check the firewall. I have been on social media for over 11 years and nothing I do is seen. 1000+ memes not one picture has been liked, shared, commented, disliked, I could cut someone's head off on camera and no one would see it. SOMETHING is going on with my computer. I put the (inbound) to Allow, but he mentioned (outbound firewall) plus I have a AVAST anit virus, and Verizon router, I have to get this straightened out. Thank you
