Arguably the most underrated song on _Back in Black._
Ya my favorite
Huge AC DC fan here, and I gotta say Shake a Leg is one of my all time fav songs in their entire catalog.
@@jamesskarda4858mine to
I wish Brian's health could remain stuck in 1980 forever
“They tell me what to think but they stink and I really don’t care” has got to be one of the best most poet lines of any song ever 🤣🤣🤣
Close, but I prefer, jackyl- I licked her clean from head to toe, took her down for the count, she was ready for more.
Amen 🙏🏼
Stop your grinnin and drop your linnin
Gotta mind of my own move on... get outta my hair.....😊
Absolutely...criminally underplayed AC/DC banger.
I've always loved the riff in this song, so much energy!
This song kicks my ass every time. Max volume required. ‘Stop your grinnin’ and drop your linen.’ Get them underwear’s off! Hurry! Shake a leg! Go faster!
This song just shows what Malcolm Young did for this band. He WAS their sound!!! 🤟🏻🤟🏻🤟🏻
Best AC/DC song IMHO that no one talks about. That signature repeating climbing riff is so memorable. For some strange reason it evokes images of a Hollywood Western....don't know why.
Don't stop with Back in Black, Biz. Tons of great songs on their albums that follow, although admittedly, Back in Black is arguably their greatest all-around album. Any band would have loved to record any of their remaining albums, though.
Yes totally agree!! A lot of great songs after this iconic album!!!
This is just pure energy it just pumps you up and the singing, guitar riff by Malcolm and Angus lead is fire ⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡
It is so hard to drive the speed limit with this song cranking in the car !! This album is just awesome ! Back in Black is in my top 5 albums along with Dark Side of the Moon, The Wall, Van Halen and Boston…thanks biz !!
The way you're be-bopping early on proves that this song is addictive!
Good on ya man!
Your linear reviews of the AC/DC timeline have been a joy to watch. Like how you break each song down. Thoughtful comments, true reaction. Love your other catalog too but they are my all time fav so it’s the funnest to watch. Always liked them growing up (born 1979) and then lucky enough to meet all of them in 2000 after winning a radio contest and they were super nice and took time to talk to me and my buddy and after that dove deep and they’ve been my absolute fav ever since. Humble, down to earth goats
Thanks fam
No way bro, I JUST thought "I wonder if someone has ever reacted to Shake a Leg" and then I see this video that was posted like 1 day ago, damn
Nice one!
😎
Love this song!! So much energy!!
ACDC for life.
even Sundays
Nice one Biz. This and Riff Raff, my 2 all time Fave ACDC songs.
sometime it is just about words that sound good together and give a vibe more that any real deep meaning
Shake a leg is no joke. One of the best on one one of the best albums. Rock and Roll ain't no noise polution is pure fire. I can't wait for you to finish this then hit For Those About to Fock.
Okay, slightly outside but, I would happily just chill with this dude. Maybe somewhere we could have a cigar and a glass of whiskey while talking about music from the blues to rock n'roll! This dude is the poster boy for cool!! 👍
I love this track. Those guitar riffs are great. I couldn’t wait to see your response to this. I saw them in 1984, with Brian Johnson, of course.
There just isn't a bad song on this album.
ROCK AND ROLL AIN'T NOISE POLLUTION was the first riff I ever learned to play on guitar. The most Bon-era sounding track on the album. Ya gonna love it!
One of the best songs in rock history
That's my all-time favorite ACDC track💯%
Brian Johnson sounded so great on this record. He's a regular guy if you've ever seen his interviews. When he got the offer to come down to London from his native Newcastle to join the band, he was worried that his pub bandmates would lose their regular gig. And he was on the threshold of worldwide stardom after this record dropped. (and if it sounds good, nothin else matters)
Top ten album of all-time, period.
Shake A Leg is a 80’s term telling someone to eff off…… BEST GUITAR SOLO!!!!!!
Good choice, love your analysis on this one. "Shake a Leg" is an underrated banger.
I loved this album and still break it out. Saw this tour back in 81. I catch them every time they are around. Took my son to see them at Ford Field in Detroit just before Brian stepped down and Axle took over for the remainder of the tour.
My favorite song on this album.
Phenomenal reactions! Thanks for making ng an old womans day! 😂
This was probably the heaviest interpretation of rock n roll blues at the time.
Big boy acdc here …let’s goooo
Next song might be the last on this album, but there's plenty of fire to come. Take it from someone who grew up with AC/DC from the earliest records, don't miss Flick Of The Switch. Landslide & Brainshake will blow you away.
Flick of the switch is criminally underrated....Bedlam in Belgium may be my favorite from the album.....wait.... they're ALL my favorite ! 🔥🔥🔥
Many people call Flick the Brian Johnson era Powerage..
FOTS is my favorite DC album. ⚡️
👏👏👏Short on time today so just wanna pop in and say.... LOVE THIS ONE!!!! It's a pure adrenaline rush.... can't help but get pumped up!! And the lyrics mean different things to different people!😉 They're universal, anyone (male or female) can relate to the sentiment!!!!👊💯 Brian KILLS this on vocals and Angus, well.... he's amazing as always!!🥰Great reaction Biz!!😎❤
Great reaction again! I think this is the most underrated song on this album. Next, not to give anything away about the last song, but before you hear it understand that producer Mutt Lang told Johnson to sing the song like a preacher. It will make more sense when you hear the song...
My fave joint from the boyz❤️❤️☀️
Another killer track
BIZ !! Love your reactions to AC/DC
🙌🏿🙌🏿
One word......Groove
I think that was a great analogy Biz. Brian Johnson's vocals aren't for everyday. But I could listen to Bon Scott anytime.
Per me Brian va sempre bene🤟

I saw acdc 15 times starting in 1978
This was the first album i bought with my own money, i was 6 years old.
Loving the black in black run down cool how you went thru the entire album had to believe it's been out for 42yrs man I'm old I bought this when it came out. First time i saw AC/DC Bon was still singing I thought Brian was a great fit an I'm sure Bon would approve. Saw them in Indianapolis Indiana market square arena on this albums tour in 1981. They had Angus hooked up on a rigg an had him swinging out over the crowd but they had him so low people were grabbing him but they got him back to the stage market square arena had great acoustics for live shows through. Sad when it was tore down lynnard skynyrd an zz top was the last rock show there banker's field house is the new venue. For indoor concerts here. Oh an tickets were $7.50 crazy
You make my day every day I watch you Biz!!! This is arguably my favorite song off this album of GREAT SONGS! Keep it up Bro! I look for your videos every day
Glad to make your day fam
Fuckin top job bro..... 😊 loved it!!!!
(Spittin n kickin n and fightin f😊er more) 😊
I always felt they should have followed the style that was this song. I think they would have even more successful. You could actually dance to this song. I just love the beat and flow of this song. Definitely one, if not the one, of the most underated songs on the album. Enjoy
U the best Biz.
🙌🏿🙌🏿
Fu k yes my man 👍👍ang and malc magic lets gooo☀️⚡️⚡️
Yo biz. Now this jam here will kick you in the nuts. One of my favorites from this album. 🤘
One of the most underrated Ac/Dc songs ever. 🤘👊🙌
u listening cool musik my frined...long life 4 u !!!!
Weakest song on the album, for me. Lots of bands wish they had one this good...😎
I totally agree, it's my least fave it's too frenetic, but having said that it's still fire and better than 99% of any other Rock Tunes , it's Just this album is so damn freaking powerful , it's too fast , but Angus solo is one of the best on the album
Sometimes when you’re a man you play straight ahead rock and roll… is for fun.
The weakest song on BIB is imo "Given The Dog A Bone".
Well said Biz 👍🏼
This is my favorite song on Black n Black
Peace Brother
Biz - love ur reactions mate 💪
I guarantee full album reviews of razors edge and ballbreaker, you won’t be disappointed
One of favourite songs
Can’t wait for “For Those About to Rock”
ripping guitar solo in this one and a driving beat 🎸🔥
Sooo fucking cool this is ..⚡️
Angus Youngs first job as a teenager in Australia was working at a print shop where they would produce Porn Magazines. AC/DC has been my favorite band since 1990 and I have never been able to decipher these lyrics completely. Momma would yell at us in the morning to Shake A Leg and get out of bed. I always knew the meaning of the term but I really know the actual lyrics because I like keeping things a Mystery sometimes and appreciate another line or 2 years down the road. Knowing what I know now, Angus definitely had a heavy hand in writing these lyrics. Thanks Biz!!! BTW Bon Scott definitely wrote some lyrics he never got credit for that the band used after his death. Including drum beats and Especially the song Shook Me All Night Long. He was a huge part of writing Music and Lyrics. And the Boys always took care of Bons family. That said.... Brian Johnson is fucking AWESOME! So are you Bizzy!!!
You know back in black album is a tribute to Bon Scott
This song, as good as it is, was never played live onstage by the band. Reason being, the record producer at the time insisted on Brian singing it one octave above the instruments. In fact, it was so difficult for Brian to record he had to record the vocals one snippet at a time. I have however, seen on RUclips an ACDC tribute band do this live, the vocalist did an excellent job of staying in key in the upper register. Here it is; ruclips.net/video/W1OHo3HZisg/видео.html
The best blues based rock band to ever take the stage. Success with 2 different front men. It's hard to do!!! The only other band that I can think of to do that was Van Halen.
Well Biz,,one song left !! We all knew you were gonna dig this album,,it's almost impossible not to !! Anyway... For your safety and the safety of those around you, please remain seated with your seat belt fastened and keep the aisle clear until we are parked at the gate. Again we hope you enjoyed BACK IN BLACK,,and thank you for flying ACDC!! :)
Brian jonson bb soo hard maan ❤❤
You know, if you are around someone and aren’t sure if they are dead or alive, you can just play any song off this album. If they are alive they will start moving.
the song is about a teen male who stays in his room looking at x magazines all the time. he withdraws from the world and masturbates, while hiding with the door locked. his mother is outside the door, hollering "shake a leg" (means to hurry up)
This is the best song on the album!
Being 13 when this album came out and no internet to find lyrics, I just made the words up myself and rocked out to the music. I still do that today 🤣🤣
"GET STUCK IN"!!!!!!
Brian could hit that High Raunch back then 😎
☮️🤘🤙
Never played live because it would destoy his voice permanently. A classic that just disappeared..........
Great song but so many great songs from the 80s no one is reacting to. AC/DC slumpt in the 80s but the tunes were legit.
I always skipped this one when playing Back in Black. It's not the perfect album it's made out to be but it's been given the ultimate classic tag because of the shadow of Bon Scott hanging over Hells Bells and of course it contains 2 of their biggest hits.
If you love Brian Johnson on vocals you should look at the ball breaker album
next one has a bluesy sound like Ride On from DDDDC
Great review 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 This is my least fav on the album but still a kick ass tune!!!
And I love how you did this album!!! Perfect!!! You are THE BEST Biz!!!!!
Love ya fam 💞
💯KBiz 💪💪💪🔥🔥🔥
"Shake a leg" is hurry up 😊
Need some bon scott
One of the greatest rock albums of all time. Of the gods. Thanks!!
For those about to Rock and Flick of the Switch next. Great albums too. Not Back inBlack but great. Flick of the switch I think is better than For those about to rock.
Very few albums come close to this one.
AC/DC songs are (mostly) about sex, booze, partying and rock n' roll... 'Shake a leg' means let's get going... get going...
It's a deep cut AC/DC song...
Drop you linen ...= clothes
Shake a fried chicken leg 🍗
It's my least favourite on This Stunning album, it's just too frenetic but it's still a solid 9 all the others are 9.5's and 10' s
But it has possibly Angus's Best Solo 👌
Hells Bells is my Favourite on this Awesome Album, one of my Top 5 favourite songs of all time , closely followed by Back in Black ,What Do You Do For Money Honey, Shoot To Thrill Then Rock n Roll aint Noise Pollution , Have a Drink on Me Given The Dog a Bone, Let Me Put My Love into You , You Shook Me All Night Long , , Shake a Leg
Back in black is the worst song in this album. it needs a tempo change 100%
@@theseagullthatcould5698nobody asked 😂
@@art23428 who's we
Defs a bon Scott song
That was not first time listening. You sang along to it man. Unless you have a surperb sense of what might work perfectly in the song.
this comment is just stupid... if you understand how bars work u wouldent say that dumb stuff... the two lines before he used the same flow/ cadance so its pretty easy to finish the next line unless you are slow... and the lyrics are infront of me. Theres nothing superb about it. But thanks for thinking im great tho 😂😂😂😂😂🤘🏿🤘🏿🤘🏿🤘🏿
That is a shit ACDC album
Nobody asked 😂
i'd like to point out how strong the drums have been on this album!!!! very hard !!!
Phil Rudd was a great drummer.
@@Tuesdays_Gone still is!
Have you heard the JACK very bluesy kicking ass but that's what acdc is all about my friend
