I had the chance to give a dedicated listen to your album while driving home from Tulsa yesterday. I was very impressed and enjoyed it tremendously. I gotta say, something which came to mind was to recall Steve Pryor. Your album reminded me of him. Not in a way of drawing comparisons between your playing and his, so much. Steve is an Oklahoma legend and was truly and entirely himself. What came to mind was the joy of having a kick-ass, serious, and seriously good, blues-inspired guitarist with massive chops to carry on an Okie legend’s banner. Much respect!

So many influences shining through without sounding like a Tribute act (Greta Van Fleet Im looking at you...!!). Timeless... You definitely have your own style. I like how you revived that 1980 American rock in the harmony, in the melody and in overall vibe, but with the sound of modern amps and effects that presumably were used during the record process.
The bluesy songs are sooo recognizable! I watch your channel for quite many years and I kinda hear your approach- what makes you you.
The track “Reflection” got me! Those Strat chimy notes! That excitement you always dive into when playing guitars in your vids!

I listened to the album and I must say I am impressed. The vocals far exceeded my expectations and the songwriting is strong. That coupled with excellent crisp production and great tones and playing make this debut a clear winner 🏆 Excellent job Matthew. Good luck
It's a good live studio band capture and they all sound really good, nice playing.
Kind of 'get out of the way' style of production, let the vintage guitars and amps sound the way they do.
