Hmm. We actually did try the OEM Benz servo & it proved to be hard to control without it's internal location sensing working (it would get stuck at its extremes)
You can run a sandwich plate adapter on your oil filter which will give you extra 1/8npt or similar ports for oil feed. To return you could get a Turbodiesel oil pan which has a bung in the back of it, or you could weld/add your own to your current pan.

No, it's got H-beam rods & ARP studs.

No. There aren't too many piston options for the 1.6 (to my knowledge)
