It's rare as fishes tits to find a band this good these days. Completely original with no pretence and with a ton of styles. I remember hearing them for the first time moons ago and thinking...Eh? andf then 5 mins later going AH! frikin awesome.

If you like post hardcore/emo, I'd recommend Title Fight and At The Drive-In, and I heard Modern Baseball is good but I haven't listened to them. There's also black midi although they're more on the math rock side for Schlagenheim, and the rest of their albums are theatrical rock. I also recommend Tropical Fuck Storm and Viagra Boys if you want some good ass punk.
If you want great modern rock bands, there's King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard, Psychedelic Porn Crumpets, Thee Oh Sees, and Ty Segall and his side project Fuzz. The Mars Volta is a great band too.
