Can please take advice from u how i can record the extra money pay on iteam when purchasing like freight cost i know how do by two invoices and add by negative in vendor invoice the expenses by - and make balance by change the price i take from vendors but my problem can please know the account of freight let it coast of good sold or i must change it to another like other current asset or no effect?
We have stopped using Mello because it allows an administrator to both sign into Mello and change a vendor’s bank routing number and account number without 2-step verification. It then allows the administrator to process an immediate payment to the new bank account just entered. This means that if a hacker can find out your administrator’s email address and password that they can go in and send out an expedited ACH payment (for a fee) to an unauthorized bank account. Unfortunately, we learned this the hard way and didn’t cancel the ACH in time. Then, all Mello support was only done via email, so we were unable to discuss this with a real person. ☹️ We have since moved to a more expensive, but more secure platform for paying vendors.
