Yes I find grey is more versatile and if you light it up with strong white lights it will look white!

Thanks again Ben! Another short and precise tutorial. Unfortunately the yn lights here in argentina are very expensive, but you gave me an idea with white led stripes and gels!
Yes totally use gels that’s a great option!
@@benjohnsoncreative yes, we have some strip leds here, the cost is $500 argentinian pesos and the gels is around $60 each colour... while the yn460 is around 35.000, and the minimum salary is 17.000 pesos, sounds crazy but we are in default :(

@@benjohnsoncreative I actually just did a quick test inspired by this video using a grey wall in my living room and one of the Boling Pocket LED RGB video lights, and despite its small size it seems to work *remarkably* well throwing the colour widely-a possible tiny alternative to the Yongnuo lights?
great video, I imagine a portable light grey backdrop would be very effective too, thank you so much for the insights as I am building a studio for video

I love your rgb videos. My favorite colors are blue, cyan, and red. I have been doing rgb for a few months and i have another light comming soon.

Green screens really are a different thing, you could achieve getting a colored background with a green screen, but they are harder to make look good

Great video! For the all white seamless look would you add another roll and do paper? The reason that I ask is often times I’ve seen photographers do the all white but then use a negative reflector to add depth. I’m wondering if a dark back ground with super bright lights would give a better affect. Thank again 🙏🏾❗️
If you want pure white I’d get a white backdrop. You can pump white onto a grey background and it’ll work, but will take some extra adjusting and fine tuning
