I honestly dont believe its Bedard, my LCS and alot of places i buy from have Artifacts $1000 less than what it was when it came out. Imagaine the price of the product if it was Bedard. I believe the prices of boxes and cases would be ridiculous if all these Number I redemptions were Bedard.
It is Bedard. The Roman numeral I is always the top rookie who carries the most value. That's something that will never change as long as they make artifacts. The price per box when it first came out was incredibly bloated so it's only logical that the price of the box would drop.
