The elevator shaft for buildings that are 3 floor (plus).
This building does not have columns/ concrete loader.
This building does not balance the load of the weight on each floor.
This building looks nice, but cannot be built because it may be unsafe / using unregulated practices.
This building looks good.

You may have failed to see the column grid system that's been well integrated with the partitioning system of the building. You should study the plans a bit more 😉 .
This building is a framed reinforced concrete structure that transfers all loads, including any cantilevered loads through beams down the columns to the foundations. The structure is well designed and calculated, thus is very safe. Your comment on the building safety is unjustified and unqualified.
