Sorry but you have used a wrong adhesive tape, electrician black pvc tape is a 70c temperature resistant, for a transformer you have to use a 130c tape like yellow polyester or more expensive 155c kapton tape. With pvc you risk to lost the isolation if the transformer is used at maximum power for a long time.😮

Hay que pesar el alambre y depende de lo que pesen , se vuelve a bobinar. O en su defecto, se mide el calibre y se cuentan las vueltas.

Take the length times the width of the transformer, divide 40 by that area to get the number of turns per volt.
