I love watching these vintage Jenny's. I wasn't a sewer back then. I started watching her around 2014 and got hooked. So nice to have these still available.
I so appreciate how you, get right to the project. Some tutorials spend a lot of time talking. You keep moving, spend seconds on your opening, rather than several long minutes. Thank you, your video's have been a blessing to me.
I agree about the talking. I end up fast forwarding or not watching. It’s always clearer when it’s one person doing the tutorial. Two becomes Chatty Cathies. 👍👍👍 love Jeannie.
Thanks for showing me how to sew this apron. I’m a visual person, so even though I read the pattern on your website, I couldn’t make heads or tails of it. Your demonstration shows how doable this great project is for a gift. I really appreciate all your sewing tutorials...
Omg! I just happened across this video and I love it! You are so natural with those sewing instruments, you're using them without thought, yet precisely. Amazing.
Jenny I love all your specific details when you are showing your videos. I have watched many others and I still come back to you as my favourite ❤️ because there is not guessing what the teacher meant😉😉
I just taught myself how to sew over the last two days and I think this will be my first project! I have some antique tea towels and I'm slowly changing my entire wardrobe/aesthetic to vintage 1950's so this will be perfect for my housewife dress! 👗👒👛👠💄
Grand Slam! The towels are wonderful! Great quality and the perfect size for the apron! The tutorial is perfect .. the only thing I changed was the width of the casing .. I made them 1/4 in wider. Thanks so much for your extremely helpful and fun tutorials!
Ms. Jenny, thank you very much for a wonderful tutorials. I learned a lot from you. I also learned how to make beautiful pillow cases from you. Keep it up.
I just wove a tea towel! Maybe I should use it! However, it doesn't have a tag! Wow, what a cool knife! Things have changed a lot since I sewed my wardrobe!
This project is my first real make-it-in hours success. I have no sewing skills (very little connection between brain and hands) but I seem to be determined to learn how to sew and quilt. No idea why. I didn't use a tea towel but hemmed a 20 x 30 piece of fabric. With Jenny's help, I actually succeeded. I will send you a photo if you tell me how.
Thank you so much.you explain and demonstrate so simple way, and measurements too, making very simple for just beginer like me to follow. I follow your tutorials only. Very helpful. Thanks Mam💐💐💐
Wow, you get right to the point! Thank you, so sick of people yammering to hear themselves speak. You are very clear and precise. Easy to understand, you get your FINGERS out of the way so we can see what it is you are doing
I thought this was a great idea and went out to get some tea towels. Then I saw some great beach towels with lovely colors and patterns. I bought one for $5 and made two aprons with it. The extra width of the beach towel makes the apron go well around my hips. Thanks for this great idea
I like Jenny because she is left handed. I am constantly looking for left handed rotary cutting tutorials. I never know if I'm cutting correctly. They are hard to find. However, she used both hands here.
I have made several of these for gifts and now I'm even getting orders for Mommy and Me matching aprons! My twist on it is to make a patchwork pocket and sometimes add some hand embroidery at the bottom. Thanks Jenny!
I love the simplicity of your tutorial; not wordy but short and to the point. If I want to make a tea towel apron for a child, do I use the same measurements? (8" across the top and 10" down the side)
Thanks! Thanks! And thanks again! I was looking for a tutorial for this type of adjustable apron and here it is! And so easy to make! Have a great day! 😎🌸
Hi Jenny, I was wondering what size is that TEA TOWEL? I know there are different size tea towels. I absolutely love your show. I've learn so much from you. And. I also watch the film on Hamilton, Missouri. I am so happy for you and your family and of course the other families as well. May the Lord Bless You!
Great! I made several. You could add a link to the second part of the tutorial in the info box. A friend of mine had difficulty finding part 2. Thank you.
What a fun project. Where do you get your tea towels. What are the measurements for the one you made in this video? Also best material for an apron. I intend to make these as gifts for my girlfriend neighbors.
This is a beautiful video...Please tell me the name of that cutting tool you use. I have GOT to get one o those. I'm getting into art and crafts and need to stock up on my tools, and that is definitely one for the batch.
Ms Star quilt comany said 22 inches by 28 inches. See previous question by Margaret S. I need this answer too. My tea towels are all different sizes. I bought some flour sack ones and they are bigger. I guess I would cut the tea towel to the same I need.
With as much of a pain as it is to make/sew ties, how is it you guys haven't put together a tutorial for a no tie apron ? (this is a really great idea you should do this!! =) )
With my ruler and my cutter, I have problem. Using them both, I "succeeded " to make a "crack" on the side of the ruler !!! Do you hold your ruler at a perfect 90 degrees or a little less from the fabric? Help please!

Just watched this last night. Ordered some super cute tea towels from your site! Looking forward to them coming in!
I like Jenny because she is left handed. I am constantly looking for left handed rotary cutting tutorials. I never know if I'm cutting correctly. They are hard to find. However, she used both hands here.
Wonderful! I just made four of these for my 2 grandsons and 2 friends for their pre-school art (or messy) projects. Thank you! :)
Tell Stella I need one !! Make a pocket for straws ! Several straws !!!
I have made several of these for gifts and now I'm even getting orders for Mommy and Me matching aprons! My twist on it is to make a patchwork pocket and sometimes add some hand embroidery at the bottom. Thanks Jenny!

Going to make for nieces. Now I just have to find pretty tea towels. Off I go... BTW, Jenny you rock!!!
I’m going to try and make myself & my daughter each one of these aprons. My daughter wants hers in Pioneer Woman fabric. Thanks!

Missouri Star Quilt Company

Very nice and easy
Mam your bracelet is very cute.
Love your program. Does anyone ever clean the bobbin case on your machine .
Love it and so simple..
Some people like to hear themselves talk and tell their life story. Not Queen Jeanne she gets right to it. 👍
I've made lots of these - they're great!! Do you have the instructions in written format?
Where can you find some pretty tea towels? Also do you do the neck kitchen towel one?
Great love them thank you !
Don't we need to pre wash the tea towel or the material used for the pocket ?
love that ironing board cover!! did u make it?
great pattern idea.
Wonderful ❤

I'm a pre-novice sewer. Rearding 9:40 what does one use if they are NOT really careful?
Another fab project.
@missouriQuiltCo Did you use Linen or cotton tea towels? Christmas presents all sorted with this lovely idea. Thankyou!
HELLO JENNY, HOW SIZE OF TEA TOWEL I LIKE TO MAKE APRON FOR MYSELF???????? I LOVE THIS!!!!!!!!!

The quack in the intro😂

He who believes in JESUS CHRIST has everlasting life ! Open your heart to Jesus Christ and you will be saved !
Do these hold up in the wash? Some towels shrink and shrivel around the edges. Is there special care or can you wash and dry them in washer and dryer?
I loved it!!!
I am a beginner do you have any videos for people like me wanting to start sewing?
With my ruler and my cutter, I have problem. Using them both, I "succeeded " to make a "crack" on the side of the ruler !!! Do you hold your ruler at a perfect 90 degrees or a little less from the fabric? Help please!
Where can I get tea towel and what size. V interesting video
Is there a specific fabric that we should try to use? 100% cotton etc. for example?
Wonderful
Can you use a length of ribbon for the straps?
تحفه بجد تسلم ايدك حبيبتي
