11:15 Gnome Extension: GSConnect incorporates all the functionality of the KDE Connect application and incorporates it into the Gnome Quick Settings indicator (power, network etc indicator)
I tried it too, but it doesn't work for me.
I hasn't been working correctly for a long time, so I have switched to Valent.
You have to uninstall kde connect for it to work. If you have both, it won't work @@NHSoft
Thanks for the information, it really works
@@NHSoft actually you just have to install the GSConnect from software(store) and then enable it from extension manager. just by enabling it from extension manager will not work.

@@NHSoft Very much, I have it running across all my computers/browsers now. Quick question, is there a setting for Celsius vs F? I didn't see one, not a huge deal if not, but thought I would ask 🙂
@@jeffrodrequez Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, there's no Fahrenheit option now, but I'll add it in the next update.
Thanks for sharing
You're welcome

Hello! I saw that you have google docs installed in your system. Is that office tools like word? How did you install it in your system?
Yes, Google Docs is an alternative to MS Word, and they are web apps that run in the browser.

For zooming in and out, you can press the Ctrl button and then use two fingers to swipe up for zooming in and down for zooming out. If the other functions are not working, please check your system settings.

It was some terminal command, I forgot about it. 🫠
@@NHSoftyeah, oneko is the result
GOOD ONE! keep it up!
Thanks for your support ❣️
I'm curious about why people use docks, I don't see any advantage. I use the super key to launch apps, and then, Alt+Tab to navigate running apps. Any advice on why to use docks appreciated 👍👍
Alt+Tab is also an option to view running or active software, but some people, including me, prefer the dock panel. It has its own advantages, like allowing you to pin or add your favorite apps to the dock and easily view running apps without pressing any keys.
@@NHSoft got it. However, I use the top bar for that. I have pinned most common apps, and I see there what's running. Thanks for answering 👍
how to get your moussseee??

Gi-nome - 0:04
All these extensions and Gnome still isnt on par with KDE 5 or 6
Music way tooooo loud, rest is nice.
7:01 voice crack detected
😭😭😭😭
What happened!!!
“How to turn GNOME into KDE”
Please switch off the music
Firstly, its called GNOME, and Secondly, its not pronounced Genome.
the G is silent
Thank you for correcting me. ☺️
It is or it isn't 🤷🏼
I and many people say G-Nome
it is normally silent in the word 'gnome', however the developers of the project have explicitly stated the name of their desktop environment is pronounced with the g, as it is in this video. I hate it, and it grates on me, but nonetheless, it is correct.
No its not my friend
It's silent for the garden gnome character. In Linux community G is pronounced to stress the presence of 'GNU'. But widely pronounced not as Gee-nome but ignoring the ee sound.
useless video in gnome 45
I am aware that some extensions aren't working in GNOME 45, while others work, and extensions are updating over time, so wait for the developer to make them compatible with GNOME 45.
geenome desktop 😭
