Another excellent review Alex! Looking forward to when you can drive this new 2500 HD Rebel! I had a 2018 1500 Rebel but always wanted an HD truck with a diesel.
Since I live in a winter climate, Auto 4WD is very important to me. Until Ram and Ford start including it in their heavy duty lineup, GM will remain my only option when I look at getting a 2024 3/4 ton.
@@ajbilleck9805 Because our major roads are bare pavement most of the time during winter, but our side streets and intersections are snow and ice covered. Auto 4WD means I don't have to constantly shift in and out of 4WD. Because we all know running in 4WD on bare pavement is ruinous for transfer cases.
the tires look bigger then on the PW, are they 35s why is no one saying in the videos, i warched 3 videos and no one is talking about the tire size, just rim size.
Great video. Did you happen to check the door sticker for the payload of that specific diesel rebel? It's advertised as 1970lbs but the more features you add take away from that. I'm curious bc that truck is similar to the one I ordered. Thank you.
We're living in the Golden Era of pickup trucks.
Unless you like long beds and manual transmissions. Otherwise, probably.
Definitely
$700 addition of airbags/Timbrens or Sumosprings, in the PW, gives you everything you need to be a fully functioning 3/4 ton.
No matter how many airbags you add to your truck, you can't change what it's rated to haul or tow. Only the manufacturer can do that.

Hi thanks for great information videos. What gearbox does it have.
Nice package, But I'm still enjoying my 20 KR 7.3 Tremor,34km no issues so far.🇺🇸
The Rebel 2500 answers Ford for sure! I still love my Power Wagon more and excited to see what’s in store for the next gen!

This one has Auto 4WD...
@@sethmisaelhernandez5902 There was no Auto button on the transfer care switch panel. Ram and Ford only have Auto 4WD on their half ton trucks.
Why not just drive in 4x4 in winter like all Canadians do 🤔

Still waiting for the 10 speed transmission.
What's better for plowing and hauling a sander in box?
What is the mpg?
+1 on the 10-speed auto. Also, this might be a stupid question but, does this Cummins engine use DEF?
Yes
Right up until you delete it.
10 speed isn’t a thing yet for Ram..
@@ghostface6335 Thank you, and... well, dammit.

I do believe they are 33" tires on 20" rims
only true Men buy Power Wagons, kids buy Rebels

Whats the payload and towing on this truck?
3000, 17000 lbs
@@user-rk2ww2cm4v Yea, no way unless its GVWR is 11k. Im asking this truck specifically. Its a cummins, ram 3/4 tons are 10k.
@@user-rk2ww2cm4v right, watch pick up truck plus SUv talk. This truck right here as 1483 pounds of payload lololol
Took them long enough PW crowd has been clamoring for the Cummins since they released it.
Cough,… winch 😅
Needs more blacked out grill, too small as it is
I’d like to see it swoop up and meet the windshield.
70k truck, base trim
Calling class 3 light duty trucks heavy duty is still inherently dishonest
RAM should offer the Cummins in the next generation Power Wagon
What about the winch?
Can't expect a Cummins fan to pay attention or comprehend anything.
the new mirrors look so ugly
Yea unlike the old ones....
@@chublez the old flip ups imo are the best looking tow mirror
It’s not a power wagon ya DOLT!!!!!!
Still no factory winch with diesel lmao, I’ll stick with my Tremor.
