    I like this, but there's one thing I never understand - real machines almost never have wiring and tubing moving through free space around their parts. If there are wires or tubes that have to link to parts of a system that are not near one another, engineers usually try and run those pipes or wires together and close to the rest of the parts. You never want your mech, or killer droid, to get taken down by getting a vital part caught on a stick and torn out. I realize the answer to the question is "to look cool", and that model-builders aren't engineers, but neat little wiring harnesses actually look cooler than looping connections.
    That aside, your painting work is amazing. Even the choice of that matte metallic primer was great. Your paint-wearing and scuffing was also inspired.
