Flip hey watching these CT videos are making me more and more excited for my trip home. So many places to go, so many places to see. Hope you're going to do one dedicated to food spots too x
Harriet and i are booking a trip to Cape town in January . The beaches of gorgeous. So Scenic. You Guys have done a fabulous job in showcasing this part of the world you love . Great Tips. Love you Guys💖💖💖 . Harriet, Jim and Yuki. Richmond, Va.
Great video, but you missed the two best beaches in Cape Town. 1) Vishoek beach. Water is warm. Jagger’s Walk is gorgeous and you can watch Southern Right Whales in the bay with their calves from Jagger’s Walk. 2) Long Beach near Noordhoek. It’s over 5km long and next to Blaauwberg, probably the best place in the world to go to fly kites. Next time you’re in Cape Town, make sure to go visit these two beaches. Vishoek is my favorite beach in South Africa, and I have lived in a number of South African coastal towns on the KZN coast, Gqeberha, and Jeffrey’s Bay, so that really says something.
Cape Town and its beaches look great. I think you guys should also talk about how to be safe in South Africa though I appreciate it's a potentially sensitive topic. I had a friend who moved to South Africa from Germany while working for Mercedes. Him and his family had to go through anit-car jacking training and pretty much exclusively lived their lives there moving from compound to compound. They loved their time there but we all know compound life doesn't equal your everyday traveller's experience of South Africa.
Cape Town is very safe as long as you don’t go walking on the streets at night. It’s a tourist city so not as much crime as Johannesburg or the other big cities😊
cool video! me and my child are in cape town mid of april as it is autumn then i guess swimming is impossible is it? which area would u recommend? is drving left hard to do? we rent a car 🚗 thanks
Swimming isn’t impossible, we swim in the middle of winter. You just have to be strong but it’s fun!😁🙏🏻. We’d recommend Sea Point or Green Point😊. Driving left is something we’ve only ever done, but Claire drove right in Mexico and she was totally fine🙌🏻
Are you planning a trip to Cape Town anytime soon? Which beach are you going to FIRST?😁😍🌊
Looks like a bunch of great beaches there. 👍
Yeah 👍. 16. Jun. I accept to arrive in cape town. From TZ.

Very nice beaches!!! In the Africa!!👍
Camps bay beach is my favorite😍
My favorite beach is Sandy Bay, near Llandudno Beach - the most secluded beach in Cape Town area.
So many beautiful beaches to choose from 🤗 Boulders defs my favourite 🐧🥰
Just wish the warm Indian Ocean water could also be over on that side 😅
Omg same! But you genuinely do get used to the waters, it just takes some time😂
@@RhettandClaire 😂😂 I don’t know about that, think we’ve been too spoilt with the warm water here 😅
Loved watching this, I have only been in Camps Bay Beach, I'd love to visit some of these beautiful beaches ❤
You should!😍❤️
Very beautiful area!

@@RhettandClaire Yeah I figured & should've clarified he went to Johannesburg
@@justjordiano we had a feeling that was the case. Johannesburg isn’t a safe place anymore unfortunately 👎🏻. We probably wouldn’t recommend it
@@RhettandClaire thanks for the heads up
There are actually many more beaches too. This is only a fraction of them.

@@RhettandClaire thanks guys 👋
you didnt even mention fish hoek
Camps bay
Walters Edge
Underrated city? Everyone knows Cape Town! 😂
Only 3 million foreign tourists a year, we could do muuuuch better than that. Highly underrated😁
She sounds like a karen
So there's a section of beach specifically for Gay and trans? So the ones to scream about inclusion segregated themselves
No, that’s not what we meant. It just happens to be a beach a lot of the lgbtqi+ community like to meet up on
@@RhettandClaire that's what I'm saying..they scream they want inclusion yet meet up in segregation from other parts of the beach.
