why didint you remove caries ; there is buccal pit and lingual extenstion too..and btw its an ideal case for composite restoration and pit n fissure a contraindicated here..damnnn how can a college do this shit..pathetic

I think its an Pedo department and in Pedo department they don’t to permanent filling and it will be directed to Endo department and they will do it. This how it’s normally happens in my college days. Here I don’t know what’s is the procedure
