    I need to ask a question? Why is the plastic on the outside of the first run of OSB and under the next run of OSB?

    • @CreeksideMaplesHomestead
      @CreeksideMaplesHomestead  Год назад

      Great question Rebekah. I ran the plastic outside the lower run due to a bunch of rain that came in. We tried to keep the wood protected as best we could. It wont stay there. We will remove it.

  • @WesternKyOutdoors

    Hey there another beautiful NB day! How do you like a battery powered framing nailer? Like how long does a battery last shooting 3.5 inch nails? I am thinking of getting one but they are a pretty penny! Keep the videos coming as I started watching you guys since you were in NS.

    • @CreeksideMaplesHomestead
      @CreeksideMaplesHomestead  Год назад +1

      Howdy and thanks for watching. We appreciate it. I love my Milwaukee nailer. I can work all day on the same battery. It drives the 3.5 in really well. Two reasons I went with Milwaukee. 1. All my other tools are Milwaukee and 2. There is no ramp up delay with the Nailer. Dewalt and the other brands have a ramp up delay. Milwaukee drives the nail as soon as I pull the trigger. Have a great day.

      Thanks so much. I put the vapour barrier on the outside temporarily due to two days of rain. I guess I was trying to protect it. There is some underneath the OSB as well. So tired of the rain. Thanks for watching and commenting. Have a great week

    • @acdatz6222

      Dave is right. The vapour barrier is supposed to be on the inside of the insulation. I see from one of your latest videos that you have already learned that.
