AREY grease screw femaile k ander kyu lagaya, gear lever aur rod ke beech mai hi to chahiye. grease will make the nuts loose on vibrations coming while riding the bike and screw dhila ho jayega. bahar nikal jayega. screw should be as tight as possible.
Ha bhai aaise muje bhi laga tha that screw nilal jayega but vo tight karne ka bad nai nikalta because screw ka start vala part to deeply set hota ha and vo tight hona ka karan greese nikal jata ha vaha sa and mena almost 5-6 months ka bad bhi check kiya to bhi screw abb tak loose nai huva..
Agar fz25 ha to thoda jor laga ka ghuma do, or else near by mechanical ko mera video bata dena and vaisa kholna bolna, 5-10Rs lega nut loose karke dega..

If you don't open the gear section the grease won't go in a small section or in a tight section so u have to remove it anyway.. It just takes 10mins buddy, to open and grease and put it back in place..🤗

But you may lube peroidically.
May be that process correct, but not necessary in regular interval.
