Literally I had the 94 5.0 with flowmasters and it was the bestttt
it helps that those were mid-mount. coyotes with mid mount flowmasters they sound a lot better.
I miss the foxbody sound! It was the first goal to achieve with my 2011, until I learned just how bad the flowmasters cabin drone is! And this car? This does NOT sound like a fox body, it sounds like a thrush cherry bomb catless monstrosity lol
Honestly it's not bad sounding and I kinda like that it's different from the typical exhaust everyonecand thier grandma has.

Ya it is a little loud, but it doesn't sound bad at all, I am an H pipe guy myself, (haven't installed it yet) but x pipes are always rasspier for sure. Looks and sounds good!

that's just what they sound like with LTH's on them, yours will sound the same too as long as its a coyote
granted this guys got a shit muffler setup but coyotes with LTH's are loud as f*ck, and if you want to go FBO you kinda need'm
@@gnow5839 it's not a coyote it's a gt500. And I get it longtubes are loud, but there's plenty of options for mufflers besides outlaws, extremes, and straight pipe. Which seem to be the norm at least in my town and online.

@@gnow5839 My 19 doesn't sound anything like that. In fact, I bet some think its stock with dual mode exhaust. I have those same LTH headers, NO CATS, Borla mid H pipe resonater and stock rear mufflers. Stock like idle and cruising with race car sound at WOT.
It's not as loud as your cars, but it definitely has some bark to it, raspy, almost as good as the Corsa Sport exhaust.
You need a h pipe with flow masters imo

Way too raspy in my opinion. Personally I don’t even like corsa extremes or any system with an x pipe, aside from borla atak and the borla s type.
I have Flowmasters 40”s on my 95 GT 5.0 and recently had an Xpipe installed, amazing deep sound happy 😃
Yes sir on those old 5.0 flow master was the best sounding exhaust ever. Enjoy that sound I miss mine. 👍

@@ThatLoud3v The 4.6 and Windsor 5.0 couldn't be more different(aside from the firing order). And despite that, they sound the freaking same lol. And in my book, yeah, you put LT headers, an h-pipe, and 2-chamber Flowmasters on them, best-sounding setup ever made.

Years ago I had an 01 GT that I put an O/R UPR x-pipe and dumped delta 40 Flows...on my daily that I drove 80 miles a day round trip lol....the drone was so bad I wanted to stick red hot pokers in my eardrums after a week 😂😂🤷♂️...system was swapped not long after that lol
On my 06 GT I have BBK long tube headers and a full stainless steel 3 in bassani with the bassani xpower x pipe I don't ever see anybody with bassani but it's deep and loud

I've never been a fan of Flowmaster on the modular motors. That being said it does sound bad ass
Coyotes aren't mod motors.
And if you think that Flowmaster chambered mufflers sounded good on the windsor 5.0s and 351s, then you actually think they do on the 4.6 and 5.4 as well, because same firing order and nearly identical sound.

No they haven't. Flowmaster delivers old-school muscle car sound, and always have. Deep, throaty, and no rasp. Today's Mustang exhausts have a ton of cracking and popping, like the MBRP setups do.

They sound terrible mounted on the end of the exhaust. A mid-mount muffler(2 in/2out single muffler) sounds a lot like an old mod-motor.

What kind of Flowmaster does he have? I have Flowmaster Outlaws on my 17 and it sounds nasty, NOTHING compared to that shit man!! Those look different than mine too.. Flowmaster taking some heat on here, justifiably so from the sounds on this video, but they're normally a nice, deep rumble without that raspy tin can sound but this one is totally opposite! I've got a few videos of my mustangs on my page and they've both had Flowmaster outlaws with LTs, resonator delete, CAI, Lund tuned.. Idk, but I agree with everyone that his sound terrible and should definitely go with a muffler change. Good looking stang tho brother

Just being honest, this does not sound good. It doesn’t sound like a muscle car should. My dad’s got a 2010 GT500 with the flow master outlaws, and they sound amazing. Extremely loud like these, but it’s a deep, throaty tone. I’d highly recommend the owner change from those to the outlaws
