Ther are so many options for exhaust systems for these 5.0’s. However, most of the videos I see are all on the most popular ‘brand names’ but, there is one company that I think gets overlooked and that is Bassani. They are most popular for motorcycle exhaust but, their offerings for the Mustang 5.0 sound amazing. Nice video.
@@l8tapex I’m not sure Bassani makes one for the truck 5.0. If so, it would sound a bit different than on the s550 because it still has to go over the axle. That over the axle bend gives it a bit deeper sound.

Just switched from Flowmaster Outlaws to Corsa Xtreme’s and I must say night and day difference without the exhaust drone from the flowmasters and extra raspy-ness the Xtreme’s are absolutely amazing pricey but been saving up for a while now and thought Id go ahead with my dream exhaust although that Borla ATAK was another good option.
you can never go wrong with corsa. it's worth that extra bit of money. regardless of what car you have, corsa is always the way to go glad your happy man!
IMO my flowmaster outlaw with flowmaster x pipe and Pypes long tube headers are louder than all of these. I have to coast down my street when coming home a night lol. I would not mind changing my setup to probably the corsa extreme/double helixx and kooks 2" LT to compliment my whipple setup. That would be my 2nd go to option
They all sound good but those American Racing Headers with the Corsa Extreme Cat Back double x pipe with high flow cats is baddass . I need some V8 fun to drive this summer and there’s a few barely driven 20k miles Mustangs from 2014-2018 for sale round my house. Some already have exhaust work done and I haven’t owned some good ol American Muscle since I was in my 20’s with my Trans Am GTA. I am looking forward to it, seeing how this effed up world seems to be headed at the moment you definitely need to get the most out of it regardless. Living north of the border gives us a short window. That Corsa Cat Back sounds deadly good. I drive my 16 Honda Accord 6-6 Coupe fun, reliable daily driver that sounds good with no worries but this will be better.

I have the outlaws with flowmaster x pipe and Pypes stepped LT. It sounds dang good when I step on it but this drone is killing me
