    📋 साहित्य/Ingredients:-
    • 1 cup साबुदाणा/Sabudana (tapioca pearls)
    • 1/2 cup शेंगदाणे/Roasted Peanuts
    • 2 हिरव्या मिरच्या/Green chilies, finely chopped'-
    • 1 tsp जिरे/Cumin seeds-
    • 1/2 tsp साखर/Sugar -
    • मीठ/Salt to taste-
    • 1 1/2 tbsp साजूक तूप/ ghee or oil-
    • लिंबू/Lemon-
    ✅️ Instructions:
    • Rinse the sabudana thoroughly until the water runs clear. Soak in water just enough to cover them for 4-6 hours or overnight.
    • In a pan, heat ghee or oil and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add green chilies and boiled potatoes. Sauté for a few minutes.
    • Add the soaked sabudana, roasted peanuts, salt, and sugar. Mix well and cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    • Add lemon juice and mix well. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
    • Serve hot and enjoy your non-sticky, delicious Sabudana Khichdi!
