I decided that after almost a year it was time to try to make this cfw/hekate work again. Eventually I did, but for some reason I couldn't access my Checkpoint or JKSV anymore. Watching this helped me to do so, but for some reason some programs/apps have doubled XD... I got 2x JKSV, but one of them works...so thanks! :)
I tried this for animal crossing and nothing's changed. When I open the save file in JKSV on NHSE, the changes I made reflects but I when I choose restore, the changes are gone.
I tried to get a 100% save file for mk8d. But for some reason when I tried to restore the file, it just cleared all of the data instead of being 100% completed. I tried multiple times and still didn’t work

make a second temporary emummc to dump (saves at creation time are copied) them from or boot sys and dump them in applet mode (former recommended, later if you know what you're doing and can live with the risk)
I know this may be a unrelated question but I recently lost my switch with all my Pokemon saves on it and obviously when I got a new switch i will have to start over again witch I don’t want is there any way to somehow get the save from that console I lost onto my new switch with cfw please let me know and thank you

Might be best to dump out and redo your switch directory, but glad this helped!

Can you make a guide or a mention for transfering saves from a Stock switch to a Modded one. I'm concerned on how to do that safely
Not planning on it. If the saves are on your sysMMC side, I run JKSV on sysMMC.

I have problem thet when i try to backup it crash into gray screen
The JKSV doesnt appear in the main menu of my switch, i need to launch it with the DBI album, i dont understand why

You haven't installed a forwarder.

NSO membership, but you won't have any control over your backups. The only way you're accessing your saves on PC is with CFW.
Is there any advantage to using JKSV over Checkpoint?
I've personally used it because it's the most up to date manager.
i think differance is that you can pull saves from your normal switch non cfw. or can checkpoint do that too

I cheat on some games using save editors. I know I shouldn't cheat but cheating is fun sometimes lol

Yep, if you made your emuMMC from Stock with the save on there, you can dump it already.

For restoring a save? Make sure the build of the game you're playing is compatible.
