This reminds me of a tank game we used to play at school! Bullets bounced off walls, the map changed every death, it was local multiplayer.. it’s basically the game you made but with tanks and keyboard/mouse!
Wow, great job on the game as always! This was the first game jam I’ve been in, and I had a ton of fun making the game and the dev log after. I’d recommend it to anyone interested in making games!

I took part in the lodum dare for the first time. Didn't finish my game but I kinda liked my idea. My game was a rush against time as you play as a candle that slowly melts and begins to die as you try escape a store. You could blow yourself out to try save time but then you couldn't really see, then there were obstacles which could blow you out or cause you burn up faster

Could you possibly give a quick explanation of how you got multiple game pads working in a local multiplayer system with the new input system? I’ve run into the same exact problem in my game and haven’t been able to figure it out even after looking through loads of documentation.
Hereh's an idea, that fluctuating blob thing that you had for the players? Scale it up and attach it to a grenade sort of weapon, that can only be used once.
because those projectiles change color you should add mechanic that switches your color also so when projectile is same color as you you are immune to it it would make players focus on colors
You should have put in some music equipment items in the game that you have to "use" during the fight to keep the music going. Like a turntable, or a mixer, or a microphone or something. Spread them out in the level and you have to interact with them. That way you have an objective that you need to complete while still dodging bullets and such. Each object you interact with changes the music or adds another layer to it, which advances the win condition somehow. I think that would be really cool. It would also be much harder if there were guests at the party that were dancing to the music that you had to keep there. If they get shot, they are removed, or if the music dies down too much they start to leave, and when they are all gone the party is over. The objective is to retain as many of them as possible while still completing other objectives. Seems fun.
