I used to bloat with pain really badly… I started to cut out gluten and it helped so much. Didn’t realise I was gluten free till I was like 16-17 - you can develop it as you get older. So cutting out gluten might really help you!! Eg bread, pasta etc. Theres good gluten free options too so you don’t miss out :) xx
I struggle on and off with bloating too and something I'd recommend is to look into incorporating more low fodmap foods into meals as I know for me it made a big difference. I don't want to be triggering and I know the more aware you are of how food makes you feel, the more you can overthink yourself into anxiety so I get it X

I suffer bad with bloating and avocado is one of my trigger foods! I can have it in moderation but if I have it more than once or twice a week I’m in agony!! Also onions and garlic and spicy food and food really high in fibre, eg wholeweats etc trigger my ibs too x

But have you ever thought about trying to cut out onions and see if that helps. I have endometriosis and get such bad painful bloating, I have cut out eggs, gluten, onions and caffeine and I don't get it nearly as much as I used to
you have same problem as me bloating problems hospitpital are trying to still trying to work out what my paiin is as its so so bad were im actully sick. it is stopping me eating as much. its aurful.

The innocent smoothies have more sugar per 100ml than a coke! They're not that great for you. The bloating could also be gluten related ❤ x
