the garlic dip is only 675 not 1,500, i feel like so many things weren’t calculated properly and it adds up. that’s just an example as it adds an extra 825 calories that aren’t actually there but you still done really well and i really enjoyed the video a lot. also i LOVEDDDD watching you in locked in i thought it was brill xx

Food that can help you include ice cream, cakes, cheesecake, pizza with double cheese and plenty of meaty toppings, brownies , shakes, donuts, deep fried things etc maybe watch other 10,000 calories challenges to get inspired
