Honestly when I first turned veggie I wasn’t sure on the meat substitute like quorn now I have to double check it’s not meat as I’m so used to them and I cannot remember what the texture and taste of meat is (also I highly recommend the Linda McCartney sausage roll there peng) x
Rule #1 of vegan diet.. always check the ingredients 😂 there are tricky ones like E Numbers which can be annoying but there are literally websites that tell you what normal food is vegan or what E numbers are not vegan if she wanted to do this properly

As a vegan I think you did great ! The only thing is that a lot of normal things you would have everyday are vegan for example: maple syrup on the pancakes or any pasta is normally vegan unless homemade :))
I am vegan and its really not as hard as people think! Especially with more supermarkets and restaurants introducing vegan options. It's a,aging for your body, the environment, and the animals. It can also be really cheap - essential vegan foods like rice, pasta, bread, beans can all be bought for under £1. It's only the vegan adaptations such as ham or chocolate that are "pricey" and misinform non-vegans that maintaining this life style is expensive ❤️

You should try the Linda McCartney plant based range, I recently had the duck and pancakes meal kit and my family (who are all meat eaters) all tried it and said that it tastes so much like duck. Instead of quorn, you should use the linda McCartney range, the flavour is so much better and it doesn't leave that after taste x
amazing video as always ana x i just want to say a good diet is so important, i can't emphasize it enough. you see yourself that your skin is feeling better, and it looks amazing by the way, not only your skin though you feel better as well if you eat healthier. i recently had a relative pass, she was quite young and she always said when she was younger she didn't care about what she ate and it may of impacted her passing. it's super important to have a good diet these days especially with the promotion of healthier foods in the market. it would be great if you could make more videos on healthy eating. i know mcdonalds is iconic on this channel but it would be so great if you could post more vegan challenges or eating only fruit and veg for the day (which is so great for detoxing your body) and promote healthy living, especially because you have such a big audience that look up to you. love from ireland x 🇮🇪

amazing video as always ana x i just want to say a good diet is so important, i can't emphasize it enough. you see yourself that your skin is feeling better, and it looks amazing by the way, not only your skin though you feel better as well if you eat healthier. i recently had a relative pass, she was quite young and she always said when she was younger she didn't care about what she ate and it may of impacted her passing. it's super important to have a good diet these days especially with the promotion of healthier foods in the market. it would be great if you could make more videos on healthy eating. i know mcdonalds is iconic on this channel but it would be so great if you could post more vegan challenges or eating only fruit and veg for the day (which is so great for detoxing your body) and promote healthy living, especially because you have such a big audience that look up to you. love from ireland x 🇮🇪
