The H-Series Are the Best, Even when i'm coming home from summer classes. I will Wait at Eglinton for the Northbound trains. I Will Wait for 10-15 if i have to just to ride the H5. Btw this morning when I was in a rush I was lucky to get one, And I saw A red Train at North York Center, but then when the train stopped I saw yellow. It was 5796 !
Although the H5's will no longer be in service anymore in Toronto some of these trains have been auctioned off for use on a new transit system in Nigeria, but they should have also saved some for perservation at a railway museum .
i miss the hawker siddley h5 they could have switch the h5 to the bloor danforth line if ttc watend to but if i could have rode the ttc before the h5s farewell trip the thats so sad they retires the h5 should have rode it be fore its retirement or its farewell trip other than great video

I Wish The H5 Came Back
Man I miss the H4 to H6 to badly. It's boring as hell to only have 2 trains in service now.
I literally missed them all, I've only ridden a single H6 so your lucky you have those memories my man.
i liked the time when M-1s and hawker trains were running at once. then theres a chance of each train

What? They're the best trains in the TTC Subway fleet.

While the h5s are nice i like the t1s mainly due to there accesible design.
