  • Zoe Molelekwa is a young South African pianist and composer who is deeply passionate about the cultural heritage of his home and is committed to the power of music.
    He grew up in the jazz music scene, watching his late father, musician Moses Taiwa Molelekwa, performing in Johannesburg.
    Zoe, who studied at the Manhattan School of Music as a Hugh Masekela Heritage Scholar, also featured on the critically acclaimed jazz compilation record Indaba Is.
    He joined Clarence Ford in studio to share his story.
