Love love your home. I'm looking at buying it for myself. The deck and stairs... Is that something you had to install after you moved in or waass that included?
The deck was included but the stairs and landing were additional. They did provide stairs but they were very basic. I had these custom built (based on a photo of another Lula Mae actually!), but stairs are completely up to the dealer you purchase your home at so what you’ll get depends on your dealer. The basic stairs they wanted to give me were way too short so instead I asked for the money value of the stairs (they gave me a check) and I put that towards these stairs being made
