As a young teen I cried watching this thinking of my sister and me going through this with our mom. Now as a mom of two daughters, I cry thinking of them ever going through this with me. Brutal both ways 💔💔
I am in this exact same situation, this movie got me every single time growing up, but wow, does it ever hit harder with the fear of my own two girls losing me. I try not to constantly worry, and just enjoy what I'm given, but it can be impossible sometimes.
I cared for my mommy we understood each other completely I have autism and I was by her side every step of the way. I am forbidden to grieve my father forbids it but everyone else can
I did a lot of crying when I first watched this movie, it was so sad, the mother is dieting of cancer , it makes me so mad there’s no cure yet,, when is this cancer going to stop and never come back again
As soon as it stops being a major source of profit for the medical industry, I suspect someone might pop up and be allowed to share the cure. Until then....it's a multi-billion dollar industry.
My daughter met someone who turned her against me and she hates my guts now. I am without my Mom and miss my daughter every day. Guess we will all reunite in the afterlife 😢
My mom passed from cancer in the brain and I never got to say goodbye. And tbh I had always wished Susan Sarandon could have pretended to be my mom for a moment so I could have a goodbye like this
@@maringal44 Tell me that I'm wrong. They told a sad story about wealthy people dealing with illness and death. A beautiful luxury house and expensive gifts. Tell me that this story wouldn't be much different if it was a poor or working class family. I dare you to imagine that story.
I would like it if you spot me in the wind on a beach breeze or the smell of Confederate Jasmine trailing up a column in the springtime at our apartment on Texas Avenue. My son will see me and his Grrandma Charlotte in a Monarch butterfly sighting. A snow cone that tastes like coconut. Orange Beach Florida and quality time. I hope you remember. O cherish your memory in my heart.

My dad died from an esophagus bleed when I was 26 3 days after Christmas losing a parent mom or dad is hard.
