I installed those same hotchkis sway bars in my Z. You set your front sway bar to full stiff, that will give you understeer instead of oversteer. You might want to back it off one hole or two for drifting.
You should preload the suspension when installing adjusting the sways and endlinks brahs. Install, then drop the car on ramps then loosen, bounce and retighten - miata style.
did you put new bushings in yet, it may not seem like they'll do a lot but replace very bushing and it'll improve performance, especially on the diff and transmission when you are shifting

I like the adjustable endlinks. did you ever consider the endlinks with the ball joint rod ends so you can slide a bolt in there to mount the endlink to the vehicle and sway bar? those enclosed backing endlinks have a tendency to loosen ball joint inside over time, thus making you replace later.
