Hey Ted: "Why don't you record a new Album with the best Voice in Rock Mr. Derek St. Holmes?????" Ted your voice is OK but Dereks is "God"! Is your Ego too big or why is it not possible for you to create new Music with Derek????
Why? Ted is not the arrogant jerk people make him out to be especially when it came to things like singers. Ted had numerous people sing on his albums, I think he doesn't really either like to sing or like his own voice. So,in order to sell the albums and the music to sound as good as it can, he had Derek and others do the singing. I recently watched a video interview with Derek and wow do people have his and Ted's relationship all screwed up. Everyone says it was Nugents arrogance that drove Derek out of the band. According to Derek that was not the case, it was the fact of lifestyle differences. Nugent was drug and alcohol free, he drank once in awhile but never got drunk. The younger guys in his band, including Derek liked that party lifestyle too much and Ted cut them loose - That came right out of Derek's mouth!
