I know dozens of professional watercolor artists who use the PLASTIC palettes, either John Pike or the many similar designs like Speedball. I'm not sure why but I can guess that they are somewhat "traditional" in art culture and although porcelain is a lovely surface for studio palettes but it is heavier and breakable. Also-porcelain plates/dish ware in various sizes and shapes are great and available from garage sales and TJ Max.
I have 5 pallets from them and love them all! I just bought the 3 small flower pallets and use them for swatches!
They are really great! I just love them as a palette company!
Thank you so much for explaining that corner well. I was wondering about it. What a good idea. Karen from Canada ☺☺
I am so glad that helped, thanks for the feedback Karen, I really appreciate it!
Awesome review, thank you!
Thanks Penny!
Was just looking at this palette, this was great, thank you❤
I would love to know what you think if you get it!
Very cool!
Thank you!
