राम राम जी। ये मेरा पहला सवाल है।आप की मैं सभी dishes बनाता हूँ, आप की और अंकल जी की receipe बहुत सरल और जल्दी बनती है। ये चावल की चकरी बिना मशीन के कैसे बनाये। हाथ से छोटी गोली या लंबी बेल कर बनाई जा सकती है।

Rakesh Oberoi जी, यदी आपको यह चकली बिना मशीन के बनानी है तो आप प्लास्टिक की थैली या दूध की थैली से भी बना सकते है - जैस हमने अपनी जलेबी की वीडियो में बताया हुआ है - वही उपाय यहां भी इस्तमाल कर सकते हैं। :)

@@PapaMummyKitchenMarwadi राम राम जी,🙏मैंने जैसे आप ने बताया प्लास्टिक बैग में जलेबी की तरह डाल कर बनाया जा सकता है।मैं ने बना ने की कोशिश की, लेकिन नही बन पाई। जलेबी का मिक्सचर पतला होता है। चकली का मिक्सचर सख्त होता। ये बिना मशीन के नही बन पायेगा। जवाब देने का शुक्रिया।
