Woh saree baten jo chakli bigaad ki hain mein bhugat chuki hoon and chakli making for me has been a very very frustrating process. Thank you for explaining everything in so much detail. Now I shall try again. There is one clarification, all chakli recipes that I have seen include two-three types of dals and rice but no sooji. So ingredients for this recipe were somewhat a surprise.
